I have been taking these pills on and off for about 4 years. When I first started taking them, I was 22o lbs now I am 150. I have never had to exercise with theses pills nor watch what I eat, I simply can't eat what use to. The energy level I get from these pills is through the roof, so be minded when t says to take as early as possible or you will be up later than usual. I can't say enough about the pills. As far as side effects, I will say this, I have been told that my attitude is sometimes abrupt, but I have tired to be more concious and keep it pushing.
